Congratulations!

If you are a member or friend of the WMHS Class of 1965, you've come to the right place!! We are glad to see you and hope that you will visit often.

The 45th reunion has come and gone, with great success and lots of fun for all those who were able to make it. If you were not able to join us, we hope that you'll try to make it for the next "BIG" reunion.

In the meantime, we'll use this website to keep up with each other -- we'll meet when we can, we'll visit those far away through pictures & stories, and
we'll look forward to the next time we can all get together as a class.

Keep in touch- stay well - have fun!!

Back by popular demand, here are the details for the cruise.  This "Oldies Cruise" is the perfect way for us to celebrate our big milestone, as our Class of '65 TURNS 65!!  Two classmates have already signed up....a small deposit will hold your spot too!  Any questions at all, don't hesitate to call or email me.
These are the details straight from the info sent out by the travel agent and the dj's that sponsor it:

If you've sailed in the past with Charlie Apple and Jeff Allen on their Oldies cruises, you know how much fun they are!   We're pleased to announce the cruise for 2012.   We'll be sailing on Carnival's newest ship, the Dream.  Sail from Port Canaveral (Orlando) on Saturday, January 28th, 2012.   Sail the Eastern Caribbean for 7 nights, visiting the ports of Nassau, St. Thomas, and St. Marten.

It seems a long way off, but it's important to consider cruising to make your deposit as soon as possiblee.   This is the newest ship, and it does fill quickly - a deposit of $250 per person will hold your space and guarantee you the group rate.
Here's a link to the Carnival Dream website.  This is a beautiful ship!

Girls Luncheon - DeNunzio's - Sat,May 14, 2011

We had an all-time high turn-out for our Girls' Luncheon - 18 WMHS Class of '65 "girls"!!  Fortunately, DeNunzio's set up for us in a back room that we had to ourselves - with the amount of chattering and laughing, we surely would have driven the other customers away!!

We had so much fun catching up with each other - laughing and remembering the past, and learning what we are up to now.  The icing on the cake (literally!) was the huge, and DELICIOUS tray of cookies that Bernadette Krah brought from her bakery -- Heaven's Scent Pastries in Forest Hills.  Judging from our personal taste of the pastries, a trip to the bakery is very much warranted!!

Check out the pictures of the luncheon..............

Night at Johnny's in Wilmerding.....

Rick Stoll passed the word along that he was coming to town for a few days to visit family - coming from South Bend, Indiana.  So we got the info out via cyberspace, and 8 of us gathered on Friday night - 5/13/2011 to spend some time visiting, eating, drinking, sharing memories and stories from the "good ol' days"!  A FUN time was had by all..............and, of course, we snapped some pictures to share with all of you.  We hope that next time YOU can be in the pictures too!!
